Civil engineer turned project management strategist, with over 16 years leading multimillion-dirham exhibitions and events across the UAE.
Praveen began his career as a civil engineer on infrastructure and building sites in India and Qatar, before moving into exhibition and event delivery, a path that now spans commercial estimation, production, planning, and senior operations leadership for some of the region's best-known venues and cultural programs.
His approach is grounded in the discipline of engineering: tendering, supplier sourcing and negotiation, Bills of Quantities, 3D design in SketchUp and 3DS Max, and rigorous on-site management from installation through dismantling. He works closely with clients and authorities on permitting and compliance, reviews data and KPIs to catch issues early, and builds the stakeholder relationships that keep multimillion-dirham builds on schedule and on budget.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, Praveen is based in Dubai and has been recognised by the UAE Prime Minister's Office and Careers UAE for outstanding contribution to major national events. He's currently open to new leadership opportunities.

Every project starts with the brief taken apart and rebuilt as a plan: scope defined, costs estimated line by line, and a realistic Bill of Quantities and timeline drafted before a single commitment is made. This is where risk gets designed out early, not discovered on-site later.
With the plan set, the right suppliers and contractors get brought in — negotiated on price without compromising quality, vetted against past performance, and locked into contracts. Permits, work approvals, and compliance requirements are secured in parallel so nothing blocks the build later.
This is where the plan becomes physical: installation, production, and every moving part of the on-site operation running to spec and to schedule. Structures, graphics, AV, electrical, and furniture all come together under one point of accountability, with issues caught and resolved before they become delays.
Once delivered, the job isn't done until it's properly closed: clean dismantling, a reconciled budget against the original BOQ, and a clear record of what worked and what to do differently next time — so every project makes the next one sharper.
